Thanks so much for visiting NorthWest RC!!  We're excited to provide you with an incredible online shopping experience and look forward to assisting you at any time.  We're always in the process of adding more products and fine tuning our shipping prices so make sure and SUBSCRIBE to our mailing list and check back often. 

Like most small business and online retailers we are not immune to the side affects of the pandemic.  Incoming replenishment orders are taking longer than expected.  Outbound shipments that typically took 2-3 days can now take as long as 3 weeks or if every goes smoothly can deliver in the same time as before without tracking being updated by the carrier until after it has delivered.  We ask for your patience during this time as we have no control over what happens once we have packaged and shipped your order but strive to make sure your order ships complete as soon as possible.  Tracking info does not speed up shipping, nor does calling/emailing and asking for updates as we do not have any additional info other than what is provided in the notes section of your order under your account.

When selecting "FREE PROP DRILLING" please understand each prop is carefully drilled as ordered.  At times there are many other irons in the fire and prop drilling may not happen right away.  If you are in a hurry to receive your order you may want to select "center hole only" as we field MANY requests of the free drilling service and unfortunately there are only so many hours in the day to get everything accomplished. 

Billing and shipping info are required to match and customers that have not been verified with PayPal or successfully completed AVS and CSC match may be required to provide additional information to fulfill your order.  We reserve the right to refuse service and will promptly refund your order if necessary.

Due to our distribution agreement, we ask that customers in the Eastern US interested in Extreme Flight AIRCRAFT first look to extremeflightrc.com for regional fulfillment.  Although our system is not set up to accept international orders, customers in Canada can reach out to us via email or phone and we can help make arrangements to complete your order.
